Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward Returns and Exchange Policy.

Eligibility:
  1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  3. Returns and exchanges are not applicable to customized or personalized items.
  4. In the unlikely event that you receive a tempered box or an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request you to reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
Initiating a Return or Exchange:
  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support at [care@nistra.in] within the specified 7-day period.
  2. Clearly state the reason for the return or exchange and provide relevant details, including your order number and contact information.
Return Process:
  1. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary instructions.
  2. Please securely package the item, including all original accessories and documents. Please note, in case you have ordered a set then all items within the set must be returned together to be eligible for a return.
  3. We'll arrange for the return pick-up through our designated courier partner.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. The refund is subject to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents & accessories.
  5. Further, please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such as India Post and we’ll reimburse the shipping costs (up to Rs 70) incurred by you for processing such returns. In case the charges exceed Rs. 70, all charges in excess of Rs. 70 will be adjusted against the customer's refund.
  6. In situations where return orders indicate missing items – instances where a customer asserts the return of multiple products, but the actual retrieval does not encompass all specified items or accessories – the company reserves the prerogative to deduct an amount equivalent to the full Price of the absent product and/or accessories from the total refund. This policy encompasses promotional items, such as free gifts and silver coins, associated with the original purchase.
Refund or Exchange:
  1. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  2. Exchanges will be processed, and the replacement item will be shipped after completion of the necessary procedures.
