Coverage

• Our warranty is designed to address plating issues, particularly in cases of significant colour loss, and does not encompass other forms of damage or product-related issues.
• The policy also covers your product against manufacturing defects. If you discover a manufacturing defect, we will promptly repair the product.
• The Warranty covers your product/s for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. 

Exclusions

The warranty explicitly excludes damages arising from accidents, mishandling, normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, improper care, cleaning, or storage. 

Claim Process

If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please contact our customer service at care@nistra.in within the warranty period. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with supporting photographs and the product invoice. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps for assessment and potential resolution.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

• Repair of the product.
• If repair isn’t possible then we may offer replacement with an identical piece.
• And in the rare case where replacement isn’t possible, we may offer substitution with a piece of comparable value.

Nistra reserves the right to determine the eligibility of products for warranty service and may, at its discretion, reject claims that do not meet the specified criteria.
